Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within one week from the delivery date) at with the details and photos of the product with the defect.

We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund 80% of the purchase price, using the original method of payment. In the instance of a replacement/reshipment, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost.

Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP within 12 hours and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.

Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. We place the correct measurements on each product listed in our store. Refunds will not be granted due failed expectations regarding sizing/color/material.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, we hold no responsibility for missing orders. Please contact us via email at for our investigation team.

    Once you have placed your purchase, there would be a 12 hour period for you to make any changes to your order (i.e. change of address, payment method, cancellations) before the order is fulfilled. Once it has been fulfilled, we cannot make any changes to the order.
