I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days of production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days. After we received your payment depending on the volume of orders. We serve orders, on a first come, first serve basis. After we received your payment, you will receive an order confirmation.
I am not in love with my order. Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer an 80% money back guarantee or a reshipment (excluding shipping fees), if the product is defective or damaged. However due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we are not able to accept returns due to health and safety concerns. If you are unhappy with the item, please contact us at contact@steindales.com.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, but it has to be within the 12 hour period from the time you have placed the order. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact us at contact@steindales.com for a resolution.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or autofilled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given to us is wrong, kindly notify us via email at contact@steindales.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within a 24 hour time frame from when you made the purchase. No refund will be given after the 24 hours for incorrect submission.
